Terms

Short, on purpose.

1. Admission

An account is granted by invitation only. Invitations are not sold, auctioned, gifted by us to strangers, or issued on request. If you were given a code, that code is yours alone — do not share it.

2. What you get

A private mailbox with encryption at rest, no advertising scans of your archive, and no automatic deletion of old mail. That’s the whole product.

3. What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not read your mail except where required to operate the service (spam filtering, abuse prevention) or where compelled by law.

4. Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials to yourself. Don’t use the service for anything illegal. Don’t try to mint your own invitation codes — it won’t work, and it’s rude.

5. Termination

We can close an account that abuses the service. You can close your own account at any time; when you do, your archive is deleted, not archived “just in case.”

6. Changes

If these terms change, the change will be dated at the top of this page. We won’t bury it in a footnote.
